What confuses you?

My inner conflicts! When the heart and mind are not on the same page. It could be on any topic or subject, but if my mind and heart disagree it leaves me in a whirlwind of confusion.

Why is trust easy or difficult for you?

I believe that every relationship, new or old has to have some form of trust to even begin. So trust, I guess is easy for me to give up front, but if for some reason if it is broken, then it is very difficult if not impossible for me to regain.

What do you do to show others you love them?

Love

For me it depends on the "level" of love... I guess you could say making them smile or laugh is my universal way of showing love. For those deeper levels of love- the little things are always best! Such as cooking for them, doing an errand, making a card, or sending flowers. For my children, or immediate ohana... lots and lots of hugs, and constantly expressing it.

What aspects of yourself do you deny or reject?

The parts of myself that I "try" to reject or deny would be that part of me that is doubtful and/ or unsure, or in other words... fearful. In practcing living in the now, and moving fearward... these are parts of myself that if left to wander could become a major obstacle in my journeys. Another part of myself that I reject is that self abusive side... the one that tries to tell me that I am too this, or too that, or not enough of this or that... I have no time for her!!! ;)

If you were enlightened, how would your life be different?

I am taking this question as enlightened 24/7...
My life would be different because I would then be in a constant state of conscious awareness. There would be no need for struggling, or searching, or contemplating. Things that get in the way now such as expectations or judgements would no longer exist creating a knowing that just is.

Geez... there are so many things that I have learned about love over the years. Although some have disagreed with me on this... it is in my opinion that love comes in may different degrees. There's a big difference between bing "IN" love, and loving someone. Love seems to find you most when you're not looking. Love is not defined by gifts or money, and it's the little things that matter most when it comes to love. There's enough love to go around for everyone!!! Have a Happy Valentine's Day!!!

What would you like to come back as?

Wouldn't that be nice... the opportunity to choose what you want to come back as. I would have to say my 1st choice would be a happy house cat, but if that's all taken i'd like to return as a dolphin. 

The cat choice... because in my eyes my house kitty has it made! Lol... everything is on his terms, and I have to comply.

and... 

the dolphin- well that one's pretty obvious;) Dolphins are just full of play and love!

What is the most difficult thing about your spiritual path?

The most difficult thing about MY spiritual path would be patience with myself. I have a tendency to want to rush the process, but I do understand that growing into one's self is a timely thing, and that there is a divine timing for everything and everyone, but I sometimes feel an urgency to get it NOW. So patience is in the practice.
